I have just installed Office XP on my new hard drive and I fail to see MS
Outlook. I thought Outlook was included in the software. I have used Outlook for years on my old hard drive and thought that is where it came from. So... is Outlook a seperate program? I do not ever recall buying any software that specifically was named MS Outlook. |

You can always rerun the installation and choose an Add or Remove Features install -- Brian Tillman |

Also when Outlook is listed it has a little "1" by the HD icon. Should I try to uninstall or 'remove' my existing (phantom) Outlook and try re-installing? It was running on a drive that crashed along with my other Office XP features and I'm just wondering if the disc thinks it is installed. Also, it says that Outlook will be installed upon first use. However; I cannot find a way to access it on either the CD or in my explorere files to find it and run it. Weird.... Any more suggestions? Anything would be wonderful. |

The CD thought it was installed. I used the 'add/remove' to remove it then reinstalled. All is fine now. Chirping right along... I took a chance and guessed that the CD was going by my previous installion on my old HD. Sure enough, that was the problem. Thank you so very much for your time and care. chutybud |
