Outlook 2007 Trial Installation

I just installed Office 2007, but Outlook 2007 is missing. I tried to
install it again (the installer suggested Add/Remove Programs). But there is
a red X on Outlook -- meaning it is not available for installation. I see
many people running the trial version. What am I doing wrong?

You must uninstall any prior version of Outlook before you can change the
"X" to a "Run from this computer"
