Microsoft Outlook email - unable to get past the exchage server popup to configure outlook

unable to get past the exchage server popup to configure outlook

When I start Oulook 2003 it keeps requesting that I sign into Microsoft
Exchange Server and I am unable to get past this to Configure my e-mail
account and to use outlook. I do not use Exchange Server and don't plan on
using it. How do I correct this situation.
