Default Outlook not showing up as choice for default mail program

I am having a difficult time "selecting" Outlook 2003 as my default mail
program under Internet Options because it doesn't show up on the list. I
have two programs that do (Outlook Express and Yahoo). Any ideas where to
look? Thanks.

Thanks Milly. This was interesting as I'd never gone to that area of windows
before, however Outlook was not listed as an option. I checked outlook
express. The big problem is syncing to my calendar with my palm - Outlook
needs to be running well to do so. However we are prob. going to do a Vista
upgrade soon so I will just piece meal it together for a few. Thanks though!
