OK, I guess Outlook Live is dead so I have another question. If I purchase
Outlook 2007 is it okay to install it on my desktop PC and on my tablet PC? I
purchased the Office 2007 student edition that allowed me to do this but it
didn't come with Outlook and it seems the 2003 version of Outlook I have
doesn't wan't to play nice with Word 2007.

I do not want to have to buy two copies of Outlook when I will be the only
one using it.

Thank you in advance

That would fall within nthe EULA;
2. INSTALLATION AND USE RIGHTS. Before you use the software under a license,
you must assign that license to one device. That device is the “licensed
device.” A hardware partition or blade is considered to be a separate
device.
a. Licensed Device. You may install and use one copy of the software on the
licensed device.
b. Portable Device. You may install another copy on a portable device for
use by the single primary user of the licensed device.
