Outlook today

I receive emails from 5 different IMAP servers.
Outlook today lets me select folders to show but if course they are all
called "Inbox"
Is there anyway to rename them in the outlook:today page?
I've tried various registry tweaks but none actually work and luckily none
have broken the system!
