outlook 2k hangs
 

Hello I'm running office 2k and outlook hangs with this message "please wait
while outlook closes". I'm told that there is a hotfix for this. Any idea on
where to get it or is it available with the TechNet Plus Subcription?

If you're referring to the hotfix listed in KB article 834005
(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/834005/en-us), you get it by calling
Product Support Services and telling the person who answers the phone that
you need the hotfix listed in KB article 834005. Microsoft does not charge
for support calls requesting supported hotfixes listed in published KB
articles.
