Outlook XP/2002

When I set up my Outlook e-mail account, the password (required tice)
disappear after I open my account and try to send and receive. I have to
re-enter using a pop-up window. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Yes, you have to BUY a newer version of Office as 2002 XP is not supported
and Vista won't allow the password to work or stay. It's just another way
for us to spend MORE money on the same programs.. I don't like it so I'm
looking at other options..
