Installed OL 2007 trial over/beside OL 2003 - mapi32.dll is missin
 

Hi there, I work with Office 2003. Yesterday I saw an add for the new Office
2007 an was curious enough to download the trial version "professional small
office". The installation asked "Do you want to remove your old version?" -
"No". It stopped after a while saying "mapi32.dll" is missing and closed.

Today I wanted to open my office 2003 an from this moment on it doesn't work
no more. For six hours till now.

All the regards, to rename "mapi32.dll" to "mapi32.dll.old , to click
"fixmapi.exe" etc. does not work.

Any help to offer? Thanks, Jan

Try renaming MSMAPI32.dll
