How do I get deleted aol email out of my outlook in box?
 

currently, I receive email from my aol accounts in my outlook. However, when
I hit delete, the old email is crossed out and remains in my inbox. I want to
delete the old email and have it be gone from my inbox. Thanks for any
assistance.

There should be an Edit-Purge command but since you failed to post your version of Outlook, it is hard to say.
