Outlook & MS Office One Note

I was searching for security updates from Microsoft and in the process it
apparently updated my computer with MS Office One Note and MS Office standard
editionn 2003 security updates.

As a result, My Outlook is not working (I can access it but cannot perform
send received functions and the like. I get messages like "component not
implemented"

How can I get Outlook working again and .... should I remove One Note as I
can't use it. When I try to open it, it asks for a product ID code.

Thanks

OneNote isn't installed by any security update; you would have to manually
install the (trial?) software.
If you do not use it remove it from your installed applications;
Control Panel- Add/Remove Software
