Stop Auto Archiving
 

We are using outlook 2003 with exchange srever 2007 i want to be able to
block all users from turning auto archving on. i was told the best way to do
this was at my DC by using group policy. Where in group policy can i make
this setting to enforce this network wide?

Download and install the Office 2003 resource kit from Microsoft. Once that
package is installed, you can add the OUTLK11.ADM file to a new/existing GPO
disable auto-archiving. (I don't remember the exact location, but it is
under the user section admin templates microsoft outlook 2003...)

I found the file how do i add that file into the gp manager.

then select Add/Remove templates. Add Outlook's ADM file.

Ok we are gettiung closer got it to add in BUT i can't seem to find the
autoarchive option to disable any idea where in the tree it is?
