I'm trying to send out an html newsletter (with links) to subscribers. I've
done it before using Groupwise; but, now that we have Outlook 2003, I can't figure out how to insert (open and display?) the html file into the body of the message. Is it possible in Outlook? If not, how do all the other e-newsletters do it? What am I missing? Thanks. |
