Outlook 2007 error 0x800CCC81
 

Solution
Office 2007 Professional - Outlook error message 0x800CCC81 could receive
but not send emails.
Two days of going nuts all avenues exhausted including re installing office
2007 modem drivers etc.
Decided to delete mail accounts in Outlook Express & Outlook 2007 via Tools
- Accounts - Remove
In Outlook 2007 after accounts removed went Tools - Options - Mail Setup -
Email account new re entered all details.
Created new account did not set up Outlook Express again
Outlook 2007 now sends & receives emails correctly
