attempting to open jpeg in Outlook error 'application not found
I am attempting to open attachment in outlook, they are jpeg's I get an error
message Application not found' Any advice please. |

are you sure they are real jpg's? if you save them and open them from the

Hello Diane, thanks for your help! Not sure if they are real JPEG's, yes if
I save them to the desktop I can open them. The interesting thing is that to my knowledge nothing has changed in the settings. I used to be able to open themdirect in outlook. I have a young daughter who experiments a bit! I think all attachments used to open in Nero or mediaplayer. Now only the video attachments open. Hope this makes sence.
