Batch Configure multiple shared Calendars?
25 OL03 users on Exchange 03. All must edit eachother's Calender but list
view eachother's mailbox. Looking for a script or automation for doing this. At this time each of the 25 users must be explicitly assign permission to the mailbox and the child folder of eachother; group membership does not work. Very labor intensive. Suggestions? -- Ken |

Get the free PFDavAdmin tool from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...4-E2422C0AB424. It can manage mailbox folder permissions, as well as public folder permissions.

Looks like a power & dangerous utility. So I see I can export the
permissions, can I modify that export list and reimport, thus change all the permission in the exchange store? -- Ken "Sue Mosher [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Get the free PFDavAdmin tool from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...4-E2422C0AB424. I don't know about export and import. You might want to ask about that in the microsoft.public.exchange.clients or exchange.admin newsgroup, where the administrators who use this tool are likely to be found.
