Outlook dialup dialog not showing on top when picking Send/Receive
 

When a new message is created, and the 'Send' button is picked, the e-mail is
not sent until the 'Send/Receive' button is picked. Recently, Outlook 2000
has started opening the 'Dial Connection' box behind the Outlook window,
waiting for the user to connect. Because it is behind the Outlook window, it
appears Outlook is stalled.
This has just started to happen. How do I make the dialup networking dialog
box appear in the foreground when it is waiting for user input?
