Outlook 2003 Proxy Settings in Vista
 

Outlook 2003 proxy settings are not appearing in Vista configuration panels
for Outlook 2003.

Under XP SP2, I could

tools-accounts-

select "change" for my Exhange Server account,

then,

More Settings-Connection-Exchange Proxy Settings

However, the "Exchage Proxy Settings" button is NOT THERE in Vista, while it
IS there in XP.

Also missing is the "Cacheable" checkbox, SSL/SSH and a few other items.

What gives??
