When I am in Outlook and go to Tools | Email Accounts | View or Change
existing account, the Microsoft Exchange server name is grayed out so I cannot modify it. I get the same result if I go in through the Control Panel. I can't see any Group Policy that would be causing this. Any ideas? Thanks!! |

Close Outlook and other things that might be using e-mail and then go thru
the mail applet in the control panel to change. "Carolanne" wrote in message ... Man, this advice was helpful. You can install Outlook without touch the
control panel, so I never thought about it. This problem was driving me nuts for hours... Thanks...
