Cannot originate emails from Outlook 2003
 

Yes, I've tried with a new profile. I even had Yahoo automatically set-up a
profile and that didn't work either.

I think that since you can't create a new profile at all it is the
latter.
You've tried a repair so now try an uninstall and reinstall. Sometimes
that
gets what a repair doesn't.

You had Yahoo set up a profile?? Yahoo can't set up a profile! I think you
are referring to an email account.
Try with a new PROFILE created via the Mail icon in Control Panel.
