Default Weird text insertions when a user sends or replies to email

We have a user who is having a strange problem every time they try to send an
email. At the top of every reply or message, the words Katherine Katherine
appear in large text. Although it sounds like a virus I don't think it is. I
looked at the source of the message and I see that Katherine Katherine is
part of a title/title field. I look at other email message sources from
other individuals and don't see that same title field.

The user has Outlook 2003 on Windows XP SP2. Where is this setting located
and how do I turn it off? (besides just using plain text).

The entire source of the head tag is:

head

meta name=Generator content="Microsoft Word 11 (filtered medium)"

A problem in the document template, perhaps? Try deleting normal.dot and
allow Word to recreate it.

We will try that. The user works at a remote site so it is hard to connect
but I bet that is it, although how it got that way I can only wonder.

In the mean-time, she is happy with plain text email, which also provided a
temporary fix.

Thanks!
