When using preview frames in Outlook, the option drop down dose not function,
yet when I open my computer in the Admin Mode, Outlook works fine. My normal
user mode is also an administrator with all options enabled. This means it
is a setting problem and even though I reset it to default mode the options
still will not drop down.
I really do not want to reinstall if at all possible. Detect and repair,
update etc does not cure the issue either. Everything else works fine.
