Email editor problem

Hello, I access outlook form the companies network and I am trying to change
my default mail editor to MS word but the option under mail format is greyed
out and not accessible. Does anyone know what needs to be done in order to
change this? Some users can but others can not. Thanks in advance.

Are the versions of Outlook and Word the same? They have to match if you
want to use Word as your e-mail editor.

Okay, I found out that it is what I figured. It is a network setting they put
in place to where only everything is supposed to be sent in plain text only
for now on. Thanks for your help though!
