How can I get OL to log into 2 separate accounts when launching OL
In other words, when I launch OL 2003, I used to be able to have it have a
login box come up where I could choose which account I wanted to log into and it would then prompt me for the password for that account. I just recently had to rebuild my PC and after reinstalling OL 2003, I can't figure out how to do this again. Please help. Thanks alot. -- Learn by doing what you''ve never done. |

Rich,
I've done that and still don't get separate login boxes for my 2 email accounts. Should I have a profile for both accounts? -- Learn by doing what you''''ve never done. Steve,
Yes you would need to create two (2) profiles, and only add the mail account(s) for that profile. Do not have the mail accts listed in both profiles. Again with Outlook closed Control Panel Mail Show Profiles Make sure prompt for profile is selected Select the first profile Properties Select *.PST file or files one at a time assigned to that profile Settings Data files Change Password Select box to add password to your password list if you choose. You may have multiple *.PST files assigned to an individual profile, if you use IMAP or HTTP (HotMail) accts in that profiles. And you will need to add a password to each one. -- Have A Good Day Rich/rerat Add MS to your News Reader: news://msnews.microsoft.com (RRR News) message rule Previous Text Snipped to Save Bandwidth When Appropriate "Steve" wrote in message ...
