I have Outlook 2000 on my pc and Outlook 2003 on my laptop. However, I only
receive a few emails on the laptop. If I send a message from the laptop, the response usually appears on the PC. Any suggestions? - - Be well |

Kiki,
You need to go into the account(s) settings in Outlook for each machine, having already set up the same accounts on both PC's. In Outlook2003 its: Open Outlook Tools Email Accounts View or Change Mail accts Select on Mail acct at a time Change button More Settings button Advance tab Select to Leave messages on server APPLY/OK. Select Delete messages from server after XX days. Do this only on one PC or laptop. Repeat that for every acct. I don't have Outlook2000 set up on my PC anymore, but there is a similar way to get to get to the "Advance tab", in Outlook2000, to set to leave messages on the server. Repeat that for each Mail account in the Outlook2000 application. Now you have a choice to make, you will need enable deletion of messages on the server after so many days. Or your mailbox on the server will become full, and that mail address will longer be able to receive new messages. -- Have A Good Day Rich/rerat Add MS to your News Reader: news://msnews.microsoft.com (RRR News) message rule Previous Text Snipped to Save Bandwidth When Appropriate Kiki wrote: I have Outlook 2000 on my pc and Outlook 2003 on my laptop.
