Account Settings Outlook 2007
Scenario:
New data file created and exists. In "Account Settings", with "E-mail" tab selected: - E-mail account I wanted changes to apply is selected. - By pressing Change Folder button located toward a bottom of the "Account Settings" I got "New E-Mail Delivery Location" dialog. - I have chosen Inbox folder from new data file listed in this dialog. - Display next to a Change Folder button changed to new folder, confirming change. After change: New folder is shown in Outlook navigation pane but all messages are still sent to Inbox of the personal folders not to an Inbox of the designated file. Am I missing something? |

Thanks for your speedy response.
Yes, I have closed Outlook and after testing I have rebooted my computer. The results are the same. Instead of designated folder e-mail I set up for one account is coming to Inbox folder in personal folder. "Brian Tillman" wrote: Franek wrote: Scenario: New data file created and exists. Well, I haven't played with the alternate delivery options in OL 2007 yet, so I'll stop out of the way and let someone else handle the question. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
