Outlook personal folder backup tool
Hello,
I'm trying to install that tool, receive the message that installation was completed successfully, but then I can't find it in the file menu. Then I follow the troubleshoot directions from Microsoft.. Click Start, and then click Run. b. In the Open box, type one of the following lines, depending on the version of Outlook that you are running, and then click OK: • regsvr32 "Drive:\program files\microsoft office\office10\addins\outbak.dll" • regsvr32 "Drive:\program files\microsoft office\office11\addins\outbak.dll" • regsvr32 "Drive:\program files\microsoft office\office12\addins\outbak.dll" I did that too, but now I am getting the error message... Load Library ("Drive:\program files\microsoft office\office11\addins\outbak.dll" failed - The specified module could not be found. What's next? Any ideas? Thank you. Simon |
