Outlook 2003 Cannot send from account -- reported error (0x800CCC7
 

Hi Friend

I think you are using exchange server 2007. I was also facing the same
problem but now it has been resolved. The problem is that login information
is required to logon to the smtp server.

So, on outgoing server tab in internet email setting, sellect my outgoing
server required authentication.

Then select combo log on using
and provide yousername and pass

it will work now.
