Default Change email address on existing computer

We moved an existing person to a new computer. I deleted the old user email
accounts from the computer then set up the new user. However, when she
creates a new email it does not default with her email address as the sender.
She has to enter it each time.

I have set up new accounts for people many times before and not had this
issue. What needs to be changed?

Dear bobbenjamin,

you could search in the registry for the old e-mail address or you could
create a complete new Outlook profile:

How to create a new e-mail profile in Outlook 2000?

How to create a new e-mail profile in Outlook 2002?:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=287072

How to create a new e-mail profile in Outlook 2003/2007?:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=829918

If you create a new Outlook profile, delete at first the old Outlook
profile, restart thecomplete computer (to clean the registry) then create
the new Outlook profile.

What do you mean "has to enter it"? There's no place within a new message
window that even allows you to specify a sender address.

The "E-mail Address" field of the account is where you specify the sending
address.
