Outlook encounters a problem and needs to close

Everytime I open Outlook it encounters a problem and needs to close. I see
the following when I click to see what is being sent:
EventType : BEX P1 : OUTLOOK.EXE P2 : 10.0.3311.0 P3 : 3ba014a7
P4 : MailMsg.ppl P5 : 7.0.0.125 P6 : 468375d9 P7 : 00001586
P8 : c0000409 P9 : 00000000

This began happening after I upgraded from a 37 GB drive to a 500 GB drive.
I am running XP Pro and Office Pro
My other appliations seem to be working. Any ideas?
