Allow another user to view my calendar
hello, here is what i am trying to do.
I have given permissions to my boss to view my calendar from his Outlook. He wants to be able to do this as easy as possible. I tried to send an email to him with a link to my calendar, but it doesnt work even though I have given him reviewer permissions to see it. If i right click on the calendar folder, the SEND LINK TO THIS FOLDER his grayed out. What can i do? i know he can go up to FILE OPEN A USER'S FOLDER then click on my name and the right folder, but he wants it to be even easier than that. Any suggestions? |

So what kind of link did you gave him?
He can add your mailbox to his folder list.
