unable to copy to myself
 
I can send and receive email. For some reason I cannot send a "CC/BCC"
myself. I would think it's a problem with my setup, but unable to figure it
out. Thank you.

There is no need to do this. The message should be in your SENT mail folder.
You always have a copy.

Thanks for the response, and that is what I have been doing... but as usual
if the system is not working as it should I get frantic and worry.... What's
next to go?

Why would you email yourself?
Based on that question, many junk-email solutions will directly drop the
message. Check your 3rd party junk email solution or contact your ISP if
they drop the message.
