Migrating from Outllok 2003 to 2007

This may be a dumb question but I could not find much in the way of
installation and migration tips on the MS site. I just purchased the 2007
Office Standard suite and am researching the installation and migraiton. Does
Outlook 2007 migrate all of your existing mail folders? I can't afford to
lose some of my mail and I don't want to archive all of it.

Are there any other gotchas in migration. I have seen a few posts that
indicate 2007 hangs first time after starting it.

Well if you cannot 'afford' to lose data I assume you have backups?
Archive is not a backup
Usually you just start the installation process & upgrade

Hi DL!

It might be wize to run you windows in cleanboot before you upgrade, then no
3rd part antivirus or system tools can intefere with the upgrade.
Also you will need to backup your files if you have any critical data, it's
always a posibility to loose it all.

how-to do a Cleanboot you can as always find in support.microsoft.com/kb
