Default Upgrade to OL2007 in Office2002 envoirenment - [WP]

We dont have big $$$ but want to move to OL2007.

Currently we have Office2002 company wide. Is it possible to remove OL2002
and Install OL2007 in our envoirenemnt???? or can it simply upgraded instead
of removing OL2002?

Is this supported or even possible?

Thanks

An Office 2007 installation will replace/upgrade the Office2002 installation
However it will / should retain & use the OL2002 data file.
You would have to implicitly create new OL data file in the 2007 default
format (Unicode) - which doesn't have the size limitations of the earlier
ansi format Then copy data from old to new, if required, & set the new file
as default msg store.

Which would only apply to a non-Exchange environment.
