Spell check not working- Office 2007

I was previously using Office 2003 Professional (OS Windows XP SP2). I
purchased and installed full version of Office 2007 Professional, and now
spell check no longer works (i.e. no red undelining of ANY incorrectly
spelled words in Outlook or Word). I have checked my set up in "Proofing"
thoroughly without any luck.
