Default Copy Outlook 2007 data from one computer to another

Hi
The motherboard on my computer went TU. I will be replacing the computer.
I know that I will need to re-install Office 2007. My question is how can I
move the data related to multiple identies in Outlook 2007, inbox, contatcts
etc, to the re-installed Outlook? Is the data stored in certain directories
that I can copy and point the re-installed Outlook to?
Thanks
