Previously I had a e-mail account with road runner. I changed to Yahoo and
Outlook Express doesn't work because it is using Road runner. How do I
correct?

Remove the RoadRunner account via the account configuration in Tools and add
the new one.

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.

Search Google for
pop settings yahoo mail outlook express

You should find instructions to set it up to use the Yahoo account
once you've deleted the RoadRunner account.
