'Right-Click' Send to do not work
 

We have installed Outlook 2003 on Windows Server 2003, the clients are using
terminal server to acces outlook or via a businessprogram called GARP. When
they Right-Click on a file and send to, mail recipient the outlook do not
start or respond in any kind, nothing happens.

I now for fact that everything is correct configured with standard
maílprogram and the registry key are also correct. Does somone have an ide
to look for or how to resolve the problem with outlook? If i uninstall
Outlook and install it again, will this maby help and do users have to
reconfigured there exchange account?

If i set Outlook Express as standard mailprogram, it works just fine
excepect in the businiessprogram that clients trying to send mail from.
