how do I change an incorrect domain?

when configuring Outlook, we accidentally entered the incorrect domain, and
now I can't find info ANYWHERE on how to change it? It's not under change
email acct, it doesn't bring that screen up anywhere. Help!

How about in the Mail applet of Control Panel?
