HELP.
I have an Outlook 2003 user (in SBS2003/XP Pro environment) who is unable to click on a link in an email and be connected to the expected internet connection. Instead he is connected to the local domain home page. No one else in the domain has this problem. Everyone using same version (and upgrades via SUS). Any suggestions how to let him click on links and get to where he needs to go??? Todd |

Diane,
Thank you for your suggestion. Customer is using IE6. I have examined ALL settings in IE Options and have found nothing unexpected. But maybe I am not looking in the right place. When you say "reset websettings", what exactly where are you pointing me?? When the customer is in outlook and has a link contained in an email (say pointing to http://www.msn.com) when he clicks on it, he ends up at https://companyweb/default.aspx. It makes no difference if IE6 is running at the time he clicks on the link. I did a detect and repair on Outlook this morning without effect. Any other ideas? Thanks "Diane Poremsky {MVP}" wrote: have you reset websettings in IE yet?
