Can't Install Outlook 2003 July 8th Updates KB953432 and KB953465
For whatever reason I cannot install these high priority security patches.
Can anyone help me out? Just for the record I have Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition Version 2002 Service Pack 4. I also have Microsoft Outlook 2003 SP3. Thanks, Dave

I have the exact same problem (Windows XP Home SP3). I have tried multiple

I tryed to do the things presented in the link... but still the same problem...
anyway, I still haven't managed to install these two updates. even with the full file, it gives an error...
