I recently had to reformatt my computer and reload Office XP. I installed all
the updates and service packs. My question is; before the reinstall when I would click on the "New" email in Outlook 2002 and click on "TO:" the "Select Names" window would have the Contacts on top with the email addresses & or fax #'s visable on the right side, as well as the TO, CC & BC boxes at the bottom of the window. Now the Select Names window is smaller, Contacts are on the left side and you would have to slide the bar to see the email addresses and the To, CC & BC boxes are on the right. How do I get back to the larger Select Name window? |

Can't you just resize it? In all current versions, the resize will persist.
In older ones it won't. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "MitchB" wrote in message news ![]() I recently had to reformatt my computer and reload Office XP. No, it won't resize. What I want to do is get back the larger box that has a
different configuration. "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Can't you just resize it? In all current versions, the resize will persist. Outlook 2002 does not have that type of dialog - it has to, cc, bcc on the
right. And it can't be resized. You had a different version before - possibly outlook 2000 in internet only mode or outlook 2003. See http://www.xsolive.com/Outlook%20Scr...orm.aspx?ID=55 for a side by side look at both address books. I never used Outlook 2000 in IMO mode so I'm not familiar with how the address book looked, I know it was different than Corp mode, which I used. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. Sorry I didn't read the whole response. That's it, my Outlook looked like the
2003 version, I'm also missing the Junk Email Folder. How could I have ended up with all the 2003 features and how can I get them back? You apparently installed outlook 2003 at some point. There is no way you had
