Unable to find profile in ms outlook. how do you find this profile after a
change of operating system wherein you re-install outlook 2002?

Did you upgrade ME to WinXp or clean install winxp?
Personally after a change of o/s I would think you would be better served by
creating a new profile & adding your data file to it
