POP Outlook not receiving email
 

I have set up an att.net account in Outlook, but it doesn't download the
email from the Yahoo server (this is a paid account). It did receive email
the first day it was set up, but not since then. It sends OK, but doesn't
receive. AT&T says all settings are correct.

I am running XP pro and Outlook 2002 sp3 (some confusion if this is full
version of outlook or express).

If you go to the tools menu and click options, click Mail Setup, after that
click on E-mail Accounts. On your att.net email click on it then at the top
click change. what are the POP3 servers?

Is Yahoo a paid account. I know your att.net is.

AT&T contracts with Yahoo to supply mail accounts. so they are paid
accounts.
