I am frustrated by my inability to get Outlook 2003 to work on my new computer. I have tried so many things and read many of these community postings. When I try to open Outlook, either with or without BCM, it says it has an external error. When I try to open (through File/Open) my archive file from my old computer, it says the program must shut down. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am out of ideas to try. Yes I tried unistalling and re-installing. I also tried repair. I have loaded Service packs 1-4. -- MK |
