Boot the PC into Safe Mode, retest outlook.

When I try to open (through File/Open) my archive file from my old computer, it says the program must shut down. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am out of ideas to try. Sorry for the dealy in response. I was away for the week. So the only item
under the advanced add-in tab is "Exchange Extensions Property Pages". Do I assume that I should turn that off?
