how do i get email in outlook

I have used outlook for my email for years. My computer recently crashed and
everything had to be reinstalled. I have a DSL connection. I am using
Outlook Student and Teacher 2003. My email address is @windstream.com. I can
open explorer and get my mail by going to windstream.com. How to I make the
email come directly into outlook and send/receive from there like I use to?
I went to tools, set up email account, chose http, chose MSN (maybe that was
my mistake, I don't know) and clicked finish.

Call your ISP (windstream) and let them walk you through the setup in Outlook. And NO the MSN setup will not work

See your ISP help pages on how to configure your mail client - it might only
show Outlook Express, settings are the same for Outlook
