Outlook 2007 wants to configure again

I installed Outlook 2007 yesterday. I cycled the machine several times. I
then went through a synch with my PDA (Several Hours). Everything was working
last night and this morning.

Then a Windows One Care update came through. According to instructions I
shut everything down including outlook. When I started Outlook back it was at
the configuration stage.

Is there anyway to get back to where I was without going through the setup,
renaming files, and then the lengthy sync with my PDA.

Onecare should not have changed anything. I'd start with office
diagnostics - you can run this from any other office app if you have an
office suite - and if that fails, use system restore to roll back to
yesterday.
