Default Switch from Outrlook 2003 to 2007

This would seem simple. I was using Ouotlook 2003 on a Windows XP computer.
I have just installed Outlook 2007 on a new computer. I copied my 2003
backup files onto a disk. I now want to use them in 2007. How do I do this?

Additional info: The new computer runs Vista Home Premium. Outlook 2003 is
not installed on the new machine.
