Default How To Monitor Google & Yahoo Mail in Outlook '07?

I have Office Ultimate '07 and use dual monitors. I want to be able to keep
Outlook open on one display so I can monitor all of my email accounts easily.
Two of my accounts are Gmail and Yahoo and I have not been able to find the
POP & SMTP info for either to manually configure adding them.

I read on the forums that Gmail will not show mail in Outlook. Is that
correct? And Yahoo? Is there no workaround for that? I have a Gmail notifier
on my taskbar but can't find something similar for Yahoo...only by having
Yahoo Messenger running. I run Windows Live Messenger and don't want both
running.

It sure seems like Outlook Ultimate should be able to do this. I would
really appreciate any assistance I can get on this. Thanks

For Gmail visit this page:

Yahoo allows for POP3 downloads only if you pay for their Plus service:
