Microsoft Outlook email - rpc over https

Outlook Banter (http://www.outlookbanter.com/)

- - rpc over https (http://www.outlookbanter.com/outlook-installation/8570-rpc-over-https.html)

I have been trying now for sometime to get the above to work without success
I have set this up as per the documentation but I can not get it to work
when I run outlook /rpcdiag I get the following information

Server Name Directory Status Connecting
Server Name Mail Connecting

This is all I get anyone any information on this or suggestions?

I suggest you post this in microsoft.public.exchange.clients.... this is an
Exchange connectivity issue, more than an Outlook one.
